Refund and Returns Policy
We endeavor to process any returns/refunds within 28 working days of receipt. Please read our Terms & Conditions before returning any goods.
RETURNS POLICY
If you no longer require any goods that we have delivered, we are happy to offer you an exchange or full refund provided that the goods are returned to us in their original and unused condition (including original packaging) within 28 days of delivery.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order any time before dispatch, or within seven days of receiving your goods. Please contact our Customer Service Team if you wish to cancel your order.
If you exercise your right of cancellation after the goods have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning the goods to us at your own cost. The goods must be returned unopened and you must take reasonable care to ensure they are not damaged in transit.
RETURNING SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS
Goods that are not normally held in stock by us and are therefore ordered specifically as per your request are classed as Special Orders. All Special Orders are non-refundable except at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to apply a handling charge fee up to 25% of the price of the Special Order, which shall be deducted from any refund due to you.
FAULTY/DAMAGED GOODS
In the unlikely event that you receive faulty or damaged goods you must notify us within 48 hours. Please e-mail us or call us for instructions on returning damaged or unsatisfactory items.
SENDING GOODS BACK TO US
You may return goods to us via any appropriate method you choose, however we do recommend using a trackable service so that you can obtain proof of postage. When returning goods please ensure they are securely packaged as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged returns.
